If you are an overweight/obese person then the odds are that you are looking for a fast way to loose a lot of weight in a short period of time. Once you have a proper diet in order it is important to begin to implement some sort of exercise routine. In my past experience I find that 2-3 miles running/walking every single day will help to shed the calories at an alarming rate. For those just getting started, this might seem like a long distance to travel, but take walking breaks as you need them and allow your body not to become discouraged, but rather motivated to run for a longer amount of time each and every day. In conjunction with your cardiovascular work, you should also look to incorporate some sort of strength training into your regime. Focus on problem areas such as your thighs, abs, and arms by doing low weight, and high repetitions on 2-3 different machines per body part. In the midst of your workout only allow yourself enough time to catch your breath before starting the next machine. The idea here is to use the weight training part of the program as a bridge for your cardio program.

Once you have eating right, and training hard it is time to implement some sort of weight loss supplement. There are literally hundreds of these available on the market today all of which vary in their uses and supposed results.
